This list was compiled long before the patch notes were released officially along with the new LittleBigPlanet website [LINK] on the 17th of November 2009.
None the less, I will continue to update this version within the forums, where people will additionally be able to discuss the patch notes within the topic.
I have also added the cheese code-names for the patches. As previously thought, the earlier (1.01 - 1.04) patches were released before the cheese code-names were introduced. So due to that fact those patches will be labeled as B.C. (B.C. stands for, Before Cheese).
I only include subsections in the patch details if it is necessary. If there are no details to add a subsection, that subsection will not be included. The basic layout is below. The new Unlisted Changes category will be added to future patch details, starting with 1.24.
Layout Guide

Release date: 30-November-09

BUG FIXES
- The 'Pause-Before-You-Pop' bug/glitch has been fixed. This was where you could use the 'try again' option and pause just before you popped and you would stay 'puffed out'.
- The 'Glowing Skeleton Costume' glitch has been fixed. As such you can no longer 'make' this glowing Sackboy skin material. NOTE: You can still use it, just as long as you have a copy saved.
- You can no longer connect connectors to Sackboy (i.e.. Piston/String/Elastic etc. [Bolts excluded]).
- When you pick up a 'Mag Switch' in create mode, it now retains it's size and orientation.
- The 'Combining Materials' (Materials in Materials) glitch has been fixed. NOTE: You can still use it, just as long as you have a copy saved.
- You can no longer place checkpoints into glitched layers. (They may look like they are in the glitched layers, in between where you can normally place them), however, upon going to play mode, they will reset back into the normal positions.
- 'Open-popit-while-on-pod-computer' glitch has been fixed. This was where you could have your popit open whilst using the pod computer (controller).
EXISTING FEATURE MODIFICATIONS
- Networking fixes & location-based matchmaking. Mm have rewritten both the way the game handles networking code and the way it finds people for you to play with. Hopefully a lot less laggy connections now.
- You can once again modify the thickness of race gates. NOTE: This was disabled in the 1.12 - Cornish Yarg patch.
- The 'Phone Pad' text entry layout has been replaced with a 'Qwerty Keyboard' layout.
- You can now activate checkpoints and scoreboards using switches.
- The sticker edit tool now also puts Sackboy into costume edit mode.
- The sticker switch tool now flickers, and when a sticker is hovered over the switch a sound indicates whether it is the correct one or not. It also highlights the switch, Green for correct and Red for incorrect.
- The LittleBigStore is a lot more spaced out now, across multiple pages.
- Additionally you're informed of how many pages of content there are to view, as well as which page you are currently viewing. The same goes for the community level pages as well.
- L1 & R1 to scroll through pages throughout the LittleBigPlanet are also labeled a lot more clearly now, on either side of the planet.
- Saving levels while in create mode now actually saves the state of that level to your profile, eliminating the need for you having to exit back to the pod for it to save correctly.
- Play, Create and Share scores are now removed.
- If you collect a key whilst playing a community level, you will now see the levels that are unlocked for you once the level you are playing has been completed.
- You can also search for linked levels when viewing level info pages.
- When sorting your popit by the theme or newest options, that selection is now saved, so that your popit will always be sorted to how you like it.
- Number of players on-line is now located next to the 'Quick-play' tab and not the 'Community' tab.
- The 'Community' tab now displays how many levels in total have been published, and also how many have been published since you last played.
- The 'Material Changer' now has a different sound when you use that function.
- 'Hearted Levels' and 'Hearted Creators' are now shown on the first page of a player's profile when you click them.
- There is a new sound jingle that plays when you surpass a friends score in a level.
- You can now rate a level that you play through the use of the 'Quickplay' option.
- You can no longer make center-less wheels.
NEW FEATURES
- Your profile save data is now contained in the game data folder, which in turn, allows you to be able to save a whole lot more stuff (around 250x more stuff).
There are also some new back-up features to go along with this new way of saving profiles, both for levels and profiles.
- Save game back-up - The save game profile backup options can be found in the profile settings page of the start menu:
- Export Back-up - This will create a back-up copy of your profile, progress, and your levels into a folder in the Save Data Utility. It is also handy if you want to copy your profile to another PS3.
- Import Back-up - Lets you import/restore a previous back-up from the Save Data Utility.
- Level back-up - On your moon, select a level and press the square button to bring up the options. There will be a new option under the publish menu.
- Export Level - This will let you save out an individual level to the Save Data Utility.
- Import Level - This lets you import any level you have copied to the Save Data Utility to this crater on your moon. To be able to use this option, you have to open the sub menu on an empty crater.
- You can also now save double the amount of stickers and costumes than before.
- You are now able to create levels online with friends only. There is no 'Quick Create' option. However, if said friend already has a friend of their own that is connected to them, then that 'friend of a friend' will join you too, regardless of if he is in your friends list or not.
- Also, only when in Online Create, you now have separate cameras. This allows you to work on different parts of the level without interrupting other players by causing the camera to move.
- There is now an option to 'Auto-Reject' players from joining you. The option is in 'Profile Settings'. If the user has this set to 'On', they should not be join-able unless they have selected to 'Play Online'. This setting is not saved to the user’s profile, and needs to be set every time they connect online.
- If a user plays, but does not complete a level (by standing on a scoreboard), it will display a silver Sackboy medal on the level badge. This will change to gold upon actual completion of the level.
- If search results take a long time to load, when searching community levels/loading LittleBigStore, a loading icon will be displayed.
OTHER
- The game saves a lot quicker now.

That was 1.02, as mentioned.
The people who bought the game after the recall already had 1.01 & 1.02 on the disc.

Great work! I would give a kudos but I can't yet. I love finding out all the cheese names, is there one for each patch?
NO H4H.
Try my levels! They are surprisingly satisfying:
Fallout: The Untold Story of Vault 33
Fallout: Nuclear Winter
Rotation
Metal Gear Sushi Chapter 1
Mutability (Work in progress, it will be my masterpiece.)

I would hope so, but I think that some of the earlier ones may be un-named. I'll be looking into this later
