But I'm like one of those above posters, got this game yesterday and now this after hours of working on a fun level and it gets deleted, it just depletes my excitement for this game

This is pure crazyness by Sony and MM.....

For example they are giving away Metal Gear Solid & God Of war Costumes and rumours soon of Disney costumes..... Yet, we can not do a themed level to go with these outfits?

When I try to load my unfinished-unpublished level it gives me a "Failed to Load" messege, also I did some tests and it only fails to load when I'm connected to the LBP servers, I've checked my Level countless times I don't have any copyrighted content.. Unless you count 2 billboards one with LBP and another with R2.

you guys need to really add a genre/category when uploading the level. So our levels can be placed in certain categories that best fit the levels. this high moderation of levels is really annoying ;\

I agree that it is retarded considering the DLC costumes, but it is so that we didn't/don't have to pay milllions of dollars to be able to play the game, because MM had to buy every liscence possible incase someone decided to make a level over it.

Frankly, I'm enjoying the game, but MM has created the napster of video games. By publishing, we the customers become unpaid developers for MM. And how are developers suppose to be controlled? By screening their software before publishing, not after. New levels should be on hold until screened by a local moderator then it's either published 'as is' or rejected with comments. The current process is reactionary and doomed to fail.
