Well as I said in my earlier post.
I do hope that you guys get the costumes too.
The Metal Gear Solid pack is definitely a lot more fun with monkeys with paintguns!!

I'm liking the Ape Escape hat too since the red light on top properly illuminates in the dark.
And it's nice to have a costume like that to illuminate myself during darker levels without having to go all neon.

Trust me Steven I am not mad at you guys. But watch here in NA we wont see them til the 12th or ever. Something tells me something will be all screwed up. Thats just my opinion.

Well if it helps, the release date has been changed in Europe.
Since on the European forums, we got the exact same announcement with the Februrary 12th release date:

So at some point there was a change of plan.
We'll just have to wait and find out whether it's a global change of plan or not though.

Similary with those costumes released...
There's now an empty slot for the weekly downloads on February 12th...
Hopefully that means we'll be treated to something new then.

The originally stated dates are still accurate, however it looks like the European store has been a little overzealous, releasing much of the content straight away. Chances are this will be recitified shortly, so if you've managed to snag the new stuff early you'll have a little longer to use it.

On the server front, there are some issues at present that are being investigated. We don't expect the outage to be very long but there's no scheduled return time just yet.

That's a bit unfair to everyone else...

And now I've got a monkey costume that people will be peeved to see online.
Guess I'll have to restrict my use of it to offline only until it's official release date. >.<

Told ya Steve. Our content wont be released today until the 12th well the toro and monkey that is. Groundhog is still for today atleast.

Don't suppose it's any conselation that it was just due to a screw up and wasn't planned?
Mind you, I'm sure plenty of Europeans will get home today and feel frustrated that they missed the window to get the costumes early.
