I have been, ever since some of their earliest news updates that were announced before we had heard anything in America or Europe.

Awww...at least we have confirmation that it is coming though  I'm guessing next week or the week after next.  

I hope now that Sam is talking to the Japan site they don't stop giving us early info on costume releases

To be honest, I wasn't exactly rushing to post an image that simply said a new date of "8/13".

I was quite happy with Gabbah's written information about the new date, which I double-checked and was able to confirm was correct.
